Red Green Frattina
- three-tenths of Grappa Frattina Chardonnay
- three-tenths of Campari Bitter
- three-tenths of Limoncetta di Sorrento
Pour ingredients into a shaker, add lots of ice and shake vigorously. Serve in a cold cocktail glass. Decorate with a drop of green apple syrup.
- Grappa Frattina of Moscato d'Asti
- 120 grams of sugar
- ½ lemon
- ½ banana
- a slice of pineapple
- ½ pear
- ½ apple
- if in season, a white peach
Dissolve the sugar in 70 cl (one bottle) of grappa within a boule of about 2 liters.
Cut the fruit into slices and soak it in brandy.
Cover with a cloth and let rest for 12 hours. Then strain the grappa with a strainer and pour back into the bottle. Put the bottle into the freezer.
Cocktail del frate
- 4 cl of Grappa Frattina Moscato d'Asti
- some twigs of "barba di frate"
- five white grapes
- a spoonful of brown sugar
Put in a mortar two twigs of "barba di frate", ½ lemon, five white grapes and a spoonful of brown sugar.
Beat well by squeezing the lemon and add the Grappa Frattina of Moscato.
Fill the glass up to the brim with crushed ice and decorate it with some twig of "barba di frate" and white grapes.
- Grappa Frattina Chardonnay
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- a spoonful of beet sugar
- lemon syrup
- small cup
Wet the edge of the cup first with lemon juice, then with a mixture of sugar and mint, in order to obtain a light crust.
Put the ice-cold Grappa Frattina into the glass and taste it.
- 3 cl of Fumo di Rovere
- 1 cup of Nescafe ginseng
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar liquid
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Pour ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds, in order to obtain a creamy cocktail.
Serve in a grand balloon glass.
