The Grappa Fumo di Rovere Frattina (Frattina Oak Smoke) is aged for over 12 months in small barrels made of inlaid wood toasted with fire, giving an intense aroma with hints of carob, toasted wood and honey. Overall, the result is a rich and structured distillate with an enveloping taste and hints of vanilla, red fruit jam, roasted coffee and cocoa.
